The ordering process was easy-peasy - with the seller responding via email quickly and sending me updates as the gift was sent out. My only quibble? We had a VERY hard time choosing from the wide variety of beautiful designs and whimsical box sets. So many great choices! In addition, the personalized rattle option is a wonderful touch.
